At Blessline Flowers, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality flowers and gifts.
Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered.
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the product.
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind or personal preference.
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation
